BRITISH RAILWAYS IN THE 1990's Tyne Railway Yard & Depot (Newcastle) on 9th October 1991 Continuing with my archive of video recording between the years of 1986 to 2001 this clip is of Tyne Yard and Depot taken on 09/10/1991. Heading North overnight once again up the famous "Great North Road (A1) I popped in to Tyne Yard (A first for me) Just getting light on a beautiful Autumn day not a lot was happening yet, but for a couple of 37s milling around and an 08 in all red livery, starting her busy day's schedule. The fog started to roll in which then made filming pointless and living up to it's nature I had to move onward. But I hope the video takes you back to this period with fond memories.
