Chest grab self defense technique from standing up to the ground (tough guy grab defense) Please watch the video many times to see its details. Technical key points: 1. Watch the opponent’s opposite hand 2. Place your hand on opponent’s hand and shoulder 3. Don’t try to pry the hand off , especially against a stronger and bigger opponent 4. When applying the technique, make sure to step in or step to the side to break opponent’s balance first. 5. When applying the choking technique, make sure to keep your opponent’s back leaning on your chest.
