Erica is a quadruple amputee and demonstrates how she prepares scrambled eggs using her body powered hooks. Erica is an occupational therapist and a member of the Enhancing Skills for Life community. Even though she is married with two young children, she made these videos to show how it’s possible for someone to live alone and be independent with self-care tasks otherwise known as Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s).
