Through counseling-style interaction, directors create a space within which directees may openly, honestly, and safely explore, process, and deepen all parts of their personal spiritual inclinations and longings. Founder, certified spiritual director, and certified spiritual direction supervisor Rachel A. Parsons, MA, has received extensive theological training and meets with individuals from all spiritual backgrounds, including those who do not identify with any established traditions. As a spiritual director, she specializes in body-mind integration, head-heart connection, religious trauma, spiritual or religious transition, deconstruction, LGBTQIA+ spirituality (affirming), discernment, intimacy with the sacred, imagination-based meditation, ecstatic dance (see more below), faith crisis, spiritual caregiver / occupational burnout, interfaith relationships, general spiritual growth and exploration, issues of anger with the divine / misotheism, nonreligious spiritual growth, ecospirituality, and spiritual direction supervision.
