Lyft is not comply with Massachusetts $32.50 per active hours

Most of the Lyft upfront fares in Boston paid less than the state minimum active hour of $32.50 Lyft says that they will pay the difference to make up every two weeks but they always told me that I make more than $32.50 per active hour.
