Roland System-1 Supersaw trance sounds

I wanted to make a video demonstrating the super saw waveforms and filter sweeps on the system 1. All sounds done with the inbuilt System-1 engine; not any plugouts. I am sequencing it's notes through midi from an mc-707. Both oscillators are switched to their super saw setting; both turned up in the mixer. The "color" knobs (which is detune for the supersaw waveform) on both are turned up a bit past 50%... maybe turned to around 1 oclock. You can try detuning oscillator 2 very slightly from osc 1 with the Tune knob for a wider spread. Some reverb and delay here and there. I don't have the LFO on but you can use it to automate your filter sweeps for you. You can play with the oscillator tuning. You can try adding a small amount of whitenoise to make the supersaw a bit crispier. Play around with the Tone knob too. The same sounds should be possible on the System-8 as well with even more options for effects and filter types. I added some drums from a tr-8 later on in the recording for an in-mix feel. It's a great synth. Very straight forward; versatile and it sounds excellent. The occasional strange sound is me switching presets that I saved earlier or just because its a quick and dirty recording. This can do a lot more than I've recorded; its a fantastic machine.
