Launched on Saturday, 4 Oct 2025, Machakos Technical Institute for The Blind was buzzing with learners, partners, Rotarians, and incredible media support amplifying inclusive education in Kenya. This is long-term 3-phase partnership was launched to ensure MTIB learners access the tools they need to thrive. RC Kilimani Alfajiri is grateful to Mrs. Mercy Wanjau, EGH, Secretary to the Cabinet, Republic of Kenya, for officially launching Phase I, and to DGE Saad Rahman (RI D9212) for the steadfast support—and for inducting Mrs. Wanjau as an Honorary Member of our club.
