My parents were indignant ... Shapavalova added loudly that I should generally be sent to a psychiatric hospital and another parent began to tell her about similar repeated boorish behavior towards other patients, that this was not the first situation, then this parent and I went again to inform the head doctor about the rudeness of the head nurse, who followed us, realizing that there was a smell of "frying" ... Entering the office of the head doctor, we began to explain the essence of the incident, and at this time Shapavalova began to loudly swear at us, gesticulate with disdain towards us and told the head doctor that the police should be called on us ... That's when I finally realized that the boor in white who had been "sitting" in a warm place for too long The nurse in the lab coat was so brazen that, in addition to yelling at a simple question about the start time of patient appointments, she was even ready to call the police on us without any reason.
