The Law of Class Privilege | CPD Session Recording
The law of privilege is important to all areas of practice. Codie Chisholm and Catherine Whitehead of Lawson Lundell LLP review the scope and content of, and the exceptions to, solicitor/client privilege, litigation privilege, and informer privilege. Also reviewed, is how privilege can be waived (and by whom). This session is intended to cover the basics for those that are new to the topic; and those who need a refresher. This event was held in-person at the Law Society of NWT office and virtually.
