Excelsior Ave OPEN To Traffic! - California High Speed Rail in Fresno & Kings Counties (June 2026)
Hey guys! I am back again, this time in CP 2-3 where lots of stuff has gone on. I can't name everything, but I can tell you guys some stuff that occurs in this video. Excelsior is open to traffic, Kings River Bridge nearly complete alongside the Cole Slough Bridge, Grangeville Blvd substructure work, Houston Ave deck work alongside Nebraska Ave, and Manning getting close to completion!
