Dodge Charger P0462 fuel level 1 low

Unplugged test @ fuel pump found one of the blue wires with 11.8 volts and one that had 8 volts. That sure does seems like low voltage, unplugged we should have as high as possible voltage. We know our ground is good because of the level 2 circuit is fine an it shares a ground. Gave the cluster bump the old Fonzey and voltage came back to 11.8V Like comment subscribe for more
