Full game speed run of Bugdom--10:26, in 1 segment (first attempt)

I told you I'd do a full game run, and I did. This is my first candidate for submission to SDA, and i must say, it's a strong one. Levels 2, 7, and 10 had a few rough spots, but I'd say the others went quite well. Level 1-- I get an excellent roll boost that drops me right near the orange door. I've had better ones that dropped me in front of the goal, but this is good enough. As you might imagine, getting specific placement with the boost is quite difficult. Level 2--Ugh, the red door skip goes rather badly, though one has to be careful with it, as a bad jump there can get you permanently stuck. The red ant behind the purple door was also annoying, but the water skip pretty much couldn't have gone better. An average level, but not one worth restarting over, I didn't (and don't) think. Level 3--OK, I'll admit, breaking out of bounds took a while here, but clipping like this is rarely very consistent. On the upside, breaking back in-bounds couldn't have gone better, leaving me right next to the goal. Usually I end up having to do a similar clip to get back in. Level 4--Hmm, perhaps not as smooth as I would have hoped, but it all worked out. Taking no damage saves time, and the dragonfly clips went off perfectly. If you get a bad angle on one, the dragonfly gets stuck behind the wall, which is a run-ender. Level 5--Not much to say. Went fine. Level 6--Now this level went well. Really well. I actually significantly beat my IL time, which you can tell by the fact that the music only repeats once. Level 7--Well, pretty good overall. The queen wasn't the most cooperative, but I think it's acceptable considering how far into the run we are. Didn't even have to refill the roll bar. Level 8--Check out the new strat. Saved about a full minute over the IL time. Anyways, everything went very well, except getting caught up in the fire ants near the end. Was worried I'd get killed for a second there. Level 9--Everything went well. No complaints. Level 10--Much like level 7, King Thorax was not very cooperative. Unfortunately, I missed the 3 round kill, but w/e, it still seems like a decent fight. So, with a time of 10:26 (timing begins when the title screen for level 1 disappears and ends when the score screen for level 10 appears), I'm going for a better one. I've since found more improvements to levels 2 and 4, and sub-10 is so much nicer of a time.
