Is your mouth watering yet? #NhacGNT #TemperodeFamília #RodrigoHilbert Ingredients: ½ cup of olive oil A drizzle of olive oil to season and seal the shrimp 1 onion 2 cloves of garlic 2 tomatoes 2 Asterix potatoes, peeled and diced 200g peas 200g fresh shrimp (gray and pink) 1 lemon 1 tablespoon fresh cream 2 tablespoons tomato paste 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika Coriander leaves to finish 2 eggs 2 cups of water Salt and black pepper to taste Preparation method: Peel the onion and garlic and chop, add the olive oil to a pan and heat. Add the garlic and onion and let it sauté until golden. Chop the tomatoes and add to the stew. Mix well and let the tomato break down. Peel the potatoes and chop into small cubes. Add the tomato paste to the sautéed mixture. Season with salt, black pepper and sweet paprika. Add the potatoes and mix, add water until it covers the potatoes. Adjust the salt again and let it cook until the potatoes are cooked. In a bowl, season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice. Book. Add the peas to the potato stew. In a frying pan, add a dash of olive oil to coat the shrimp. Heat until very hot, add the shrimp and seal quickly on both sides. Remove the shrimp from the heat and add to the stew and mix well. Add the cream and milk and mix again. To finish, crack the eggs into the stew pot to cook in the heat of the broth. Add some coriander leaves to decorate.
