What is Martyn’s Law? The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025, also known as Martyn’s Law, received Royal Assent on Thursday 3 April 2025. This Act delivers the Government’s manifesto commitment to strengthen the security of public premises and events following terror attack at an Ariana Grande concert at the Manchester Arena in May 2017. There will be an implementation period of at least 24 months before the Act is brought into force. This period will allow those responsible for premises and events to plan and prepare appropriately. Who should watch this webinar?
