Often, however, there are usually a number of options. My mother used to tell me it's not always about coming to the right or wrong answer because some things aren't that clear. She suggested that instead we need to decide which answer has which up and down side then decide what upside you really want and then which set of problems you want to solve. Betrayal is a hard thing especially when it comes from someone close. Deciding to forgive or go no contact have a lot of other options lurking around the edges of those choices.
