HONDURAS | A Trip With a Bigger Mission

This trip to Honduras was so much more than a vacation 🤍 It was Kalani’s first time traveling internationally at 10 months, our first Christmas spent here as a family, and the beginning of something really close to my heart. We came home to Honduras during the holidays to spend time with family, visit my relatives, and see the progress being made at my Abuelita’s school, including the construction of a new building that’s being added. Seeing it in person made everything feel real and it’s a huge part of a new mission I’m starting to help support the school and the kids there. In this vlog, we slow down and really immerse ourselves in everyday life — from walking through an outdoor supermercado, to experiencing the rhythms of daily culture, to enjoying fresh semitas (a local pan dulce) with coffee… honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. We also head to my abuelita’s house for a family reunion so Kalani can meet more of her family on my side a really special, full-circle moment for all of us. This trip reminded me why roots matter, why purpose matters, and why some journeys change everything. So grateful you’re here for this one 🤍🇭🇳☕️
