We were up at Carbeth Fishery, dealing with some of the toughest conditions we’ve faced in a while. The heat had the trout sulking on the bottom, the rain came in sideways, and to top it all off, we ended up having a classic Fluff Flingers argument… about casting in front of each other. Let’s just say tensions were as high as the humidity. But hey, that’s what fishing’s about sometimes — battling the elements, battling each other, and doing our best to get a take. We were genuinely wishing it was winter, when the fish are hungry, the water’s cold, and the weather makes sense (sort of).
