How to Re-grease the sticky focus ring In Mamiya-Sekor 1:3.5 f=100mm for Mamiya Press

The sticky focusing ring in this Mamiya-Sekor 1:3.5 f=100mm for the Mamiya Press camera. It was a little different to disassemble the helicoids in this lens, because the retaining ring the hold the part, that again hold the lens / shutter assemble in place was extremely tight, I use A LOT of Isopropylalcohol 99% and some Acetone to soften the threadlock, but still it was SO tight. But by using a 2mm sawblade in my wise, and a pair of working gloves with sticky rubber, gave me the possibillity to finely unscrew the lens / shutter assemble and then continue with the disassemble process REMEMBER to set small marks, BEFORE taking apart the helicoids, because the repair manual does NOT tell anything about that! I use the Liqu-Moly LM47 with MoS2 for the helicoids. And I use the Liqu-Moly LM50 for the 2 white plastic locks.
