For seven years, Bilel lived under the spell of gambling: casinos, sports betting, online games. These small bets, initially seen as a pastime, gradually took hold of him, becoming an uncontrollable obsession. One day in November 2022, in just a few hours, he lost his entire salary at the casino and realized he could no longer afford housing or food. That day marked a turning point. He decided to self-exclude from gambling and embarked on a long process of recovery. Today, three years later, Bilel speaks candidly about his experience.
