This time, we'll introduce the perfect recipe for "Yakisoba with Sauce," a dish that many of you have requested. By following a few simple steps, you can create delicious, non-stick yakisoba! ▼Three Key Points for "Yakisoba with Sauce" ------------------- ① Preheat thoroughly Preheat the pan over basic high heat (enough flame to cover 3/4 of the bottom of the pan) until the entire pan is smoking. Insufficient preheating can cause the pan to burn or stick. ② Place the noodles on top of the ingredients, cover, and steam slowly Instead of adding the noodles and stirring immediately, cover and steam slowly. This will raise the temperature of the noodles and allow them to coat with the sauce more easily. ③ After adding the sauce, keep the heat on medium and stir quickly! Stir-frying for too long after adding the sauce or over high heat can cause the noodles to burn. Turn off the heat when the water has evaporated and the noodles are fragrant.
