Sewing Cherry Blossoms, Sakura, Applique, Easy Embroidery

Make your own cherry blossom applique. All you need is felt and embroidery floss. For this project, you will need to know a few basic embroidery stitches: straight stitch, seeding stitch, and satin stitch. I recommend using good-quality wool-blend felt with good integrity that will hold the stitches. Make sure you get 'embroidery floss' (not 'embroidery thread') to separate the threads.
