Fru Ndi in the 90s ghosted large parts of Cameroun, but Biya survived the ghost towns after many people became hungry and disillusioned. This time around, the English Speaking regions of the Cameroons have been using it for the past 9 years, and the regime in place is adamant and seemingly surviving it.
