In this video, I will try to explain the importance of micronutrient that is Boron in our agricultural crops especially in cotton cropas its role is to increase flowering, fruiting in crop plants. Boron induces flowering and is helpful in pollination phenomenon in cotton crop. Due to this ability, plants reduce flowers brackets and immature bolls shedding in fields. It is not wrong to say that boron fertilizer can increase number of bolls I'm cotton field. In market, boron fertilizer is found with name Sona boron, Engro zoron boron, FMC Borostar, Solubor by Syngenta company etc. Boron fertilizer should be applied at land preparation. If not applied at that time, then at flowers initiation stage is best for it's foliar spray.
