Partner Yoga is a fun way to bring good harmony to relationships, experience the present moment together, connect deeper and be supportive with each other. Synchronize breath, postures and movements while increasing your communication and trust in any kind of relationship, whether it is friendship, a family member, or your significant other. This class is slightly different than a typical Acro Yoga session. Although we do cover some basic Acro postures, the core of this practice is to gain confidence and skills to adjust and stretch your partner while learning new ways to make difficult asanas easier with their help.
