Upon the Willows by Brooke Boddie

This morning I woke up feeling the troubles of our world almost overwhelming. After coffee (of course) it felt like my harp wanted to play this piece. I'm still in my PJs, no makeup, messy hair. So I decided to open the door and let fresh morning air in. My neighbor left me some forsythias. After a while a bird decided to join me in this rather rough recording. But as the harp and I were playing this piece written by a man who passed away at 51, the sun is just starting to come out. This Buddhist girl is wishing all of you a Peaceful Passover, Happy Easter, a season of peace and renewal and may all living beings be free from suffering, ignorance, and hatred. May there be Peace in our world. Remembering Brook Boddie https://harpcolumn.com/blog/rememberi... #hipharpacademy #harp #therapyharp #BrookBoddie
