It is the beautiful paradox of faith: when we finally lay down our own strength and fully rely on Him, a new, divine strength begins to rise from within. 2. The Heavy Weight of Being a 'Provider' In particular, the burden resting upon the shoulders of providers and heads of households is never light. Mental & Emotional Pressure: The constant anxiety and silent pressure to always remain strong and resolute for the family. Physical Exhaustion: The accumulated fatigue from running tirelessly through demanding daily routines without a proper break. Financial Strain: The heavy, realistic weight of having to protect and provide for the family's present and future.
