Cleaning Up The Box Turtle Paradise

Summer has officially arrived, and that means it’s time for one of the biggest and hottest jobs of the year—a full reset of the box turtle enclosure! Today I’m cleaning, trimming, clearing debris, and getting the habitat ready for another busy season. It’s hard work, but creating a healthy environment for these turtles is worth every minute. Of course, the turtles had to stop by and supervise (and demand a few breaks along the way 🐢). If you enjoy wildlife, habitat builds, backyard projects, and seeing what goes into caring for a whole crew of box turtles, I think you’ll enjoy this one.
