The Complete Four Stroke Engine Rebuild Course- Part 2

In this video, we cover the process of completely tearing down a four-stroke dirtbike engine. We show you the step by step process where we start by removing the cylinder head, piston, and cylinder. Then after we complete the teardown of the top end of our engine we begin to tear into the bottom end showing you how to remove components like the clutch, oil pump, crankshaft, shifting assembly, and the transmission. Along the way we show you the tools we are using, and what to look out for while tearing an engine down. Stay tuned for the next video where we start to reassemble the bottom end of the engine.
