Brenda goes to see Jax before the custody decision is heard. They talk about how Sonny set him up & he asks for her help. She agrees but doubts it'll help without proof. While waiting for the judge to call them in, Jax, Brenda, Sonny & Carly argue & Jax calls Sonny a coward. The judge refuses to hear further testimony. He commends Carly for her willingness to compromise & tells them that in light of Jax's arrest HE is the danger to Joss.
