We added a new mini-documentary series of GZT and focused on 'people's stories'. Our way fell to Sivas, we thought that we deserved a city tour after we ate the best food. Instead of the Kangal dog that comes to mind first when Sivas is mentioned, we broadened our perspective and focused on different subjects. While Sivas's knife, which is at least as famous as Kangal, reached the whole world, we realized that it is not very well known in our country. Master Hasan, who has been continuing the profession he entrusted to his grandfather and father for 35 years, shared his life as sharp as a knife and the future of the knife with us. Like the video!
