In this video, we went to a forest lake to check our nets, but nature had a surprise in store for us—we were caught in the first powerful thunderstorm of the year! We managed to find shelter in a blind that was conveniently located along the way. We waited out the strong thunder and wind, admiring the view of the lake in the rain and inhaling the scent of blooming bird cherry trees. As soon as the storm subsided, we immediately headed to the nets. In this episode: Extreme weather: How we escaped a thunderstorm in the forest with our dog, Barsik.
