Seiko SNE569 vs SPB143: Which Is The Best Everyday Diver From Seiko? (Uncle Seiko Bracelet Trick)
So if you want to get a Seiko dive watch that is right around 40mm you pretty much have only 2 styles to choose from. Thankfully the SNE569P1 and the SPB143 are incredible choices and they would fit into anyone’s collection as an everyday watch. Despite being smallish Seiko divers, they are quite different. The SPB143 is a hefty watch that was created as a recreation of Seiko’s first dive watch, the 62MAS, and it has a mechanical 6R35 movement and cost over $1000. The SNE569 on the other hand is a small and thin 37mm modern diver, powered by a solar quartz movement, priced at under $500. In this video I will be taking a look at how these two watches compare and which one is the best fit for me. Also the bracelet on the SNE569 is the president bracelet designed for the Tudor Black Bay 58 made by Uncle Seiko. The compatibility was completely unexpected but it was extremely exciting! Here’s a link to the bracelet: https://www.uncleseiko.com/collection... Huge thanks to Ryan, the very generous subscriber who lent me his personal SPB143 for this review. I still am amazed by his generosity and the original review/ this comparison wouldn’t have been possible without him.
