Was I wrong about C2 Arlecchino?

In todays Genshin Impact video I use my C2 Arlecchino again to see possibly if I was wrong about her. Overall I think I was correct as the damage that it provides really isn't much, obviously it is just more damage but not enough to seriously care about. Especially if you can get 700k damage and still be able to decide to not have the C2 actually hit that hard and maybe it would be a 2 second time loss. While this metric isn't amazing due to the way the first half works, giving Arlecchino 75% damage bonus on her normal but I do still think that this shows the issue and even just looking at teams that don't allow her C2 to hit 700k they go down to 300k which really isnt a lot of damage.
