This video presents three basic kicks. We'll cover the "advanced" kicks next week. To practice these kicks at home, you can: Practice your kicks while moving in combat situations, using a different movement each time (for example, a side step followed by a kick, or a back step followed by a kick, etc.) Practice your distance by practicing the technique against a wall Work on specific muscle strengthening by performing your kicks with slow contractions (see the video) Do some stretches at the end of your session!
