Don't aggro him if you're not using the right perk or not having powerful weapons, if the scavs aggro this shadow monster, you should go to the base fast, scavs doesnt care who he is, sickler will have 5 seconds windup of loud scream and then break the chain that tied him and kill everything in sight with an unlimited range, unless the sickler attempt to go and wipe the castle, because theres also a boss in that castle, and sickler couldn't kill that boss, if you want to keep looting, just becareful, and try not to loot at where sickler is located. Dont lure sickler at the base, because the base turret couldn't kill him if he's healed, and if that happens, the run ended.
