The SQE1 results for July 2025 offer an insight into which subjects were the most challenging to score higher marks. The subjects in which fewer people scored higher marks for FLK1 were: (1) Tort (2) Legal System, and (3) Dispute resolution. For FLK2 it was (1) Wills (2) Trusts and (3) Property.
