To prevent these crooks from committing abuses, every step needs to be spelled out in detail: what is and isn't allowed in the forest, and penalties for violating these rules must be strengthened. And if everything is regulated like this, then finally, order will return to the forests. To justify this opinion, Germany is often cited as an example. They say "law-abiding Germans" live there, every little thing is regulated, and, in general, look how beautiful it is. This is an interesting example, and in this video, we'll take a closer look at Germany's experience. We'll visit various forests there, talk to local foresters, and, using specific examples, examine how things are going with the balance of freedom and control in forestry.
