Today was one of those days where everything piles up… noise, rushing, work… and you reach a point where you simply need to stop. So I did the only thing that truly works for me: disappear for a few hours in the woods. No grand adventures. No complications. Just a simple shelter, some hot tea, a bit of wood… and time. Time to slow down. To listen. To remember. Because sometimes it's not about escaping… but about returning. In this video, I'm accompanied by something very basic: a tarp, a camping stove, a knife… and the intention of reconnecting with what's essential. I work with the wood, prepare a pine infusion, light a small fire with a ferrocerium wire, and cook something simple… but the important thing isn't what I do, but what happens inside when you slow down. You don't need to do anything epic to feel the forest. Sometimes, a few hours are enough. 💬 Does this happen to you too?
