When the U.S. webcomics market was largely comprised of publications, his company made its debut in the U.S., pushing for what the locals weren't quite familiar with, the webtoons. Six years later, Tapas Media now has over 48,000 creators and 2 million readers, becoming one of the top webcomics platforms in the U.S. Chang Kim is pushing himself forward to pioneer a new field of the Korean wave content called, K-story.
