Phillip Sekuritas Indonesia JCI Indication (June 12, 2026) Bearish Support: 5,560; Resistance: 6,260 Asian stock indices opened higher on Friday morning (June 12), led by the KOSPI (+7.0%), Nikkei 225 (+3.4%), and TAIEX (+2.6%), following the movement of major stock indices on Wall Street overnight, which rose more than 1.5%, driven by easing tensions between the US and Iran. US President Donald Trump said he had canceled plans for further attacks on Iran and indicated a peace agreement would be reached soon. This statement came after President Trump said that the US military would launch another airstrike in Iran on Thursday night following the previous attack on Wednesday night. President Trump added to his previous comments that the US would seize Kharg Island, Iran's largest oil export terminal, and take full control of the country's energy sector. In the bond market, the yield on the 10-year US Treasury note fell more than 8bps to 4.45%, despite producer inflation figures for May exceeding market expectations. Producer Price Index (PPI) data showed that producer inflation in the US rose 1.1% month-on-month (+6.5% year-on-year) in May, matching the 1.1% month-on-month (+5.7% year-on-year) increase in the previous month and again significantly higher than the 0.7% month-on-month (+6.4% year-on-year) increase expected by the market. Core PPI rose 0.4% month-on-month (+4.9% year-on-year), slowing from the 0.7% month-on-month (+4.9% year-on-year) increase in April and slightly lower than the market forecast of a 0.5% month-on-month (+5.4% year-on-year) increase. From the US labor market, Initial Jobless Claims data showed the number of people claiming unemployment benefits for the first time reached 229,000 for the week ending June 6, well above market expectations of 219,000. Continuing Jobless Claims data showed the number of people claiming unemployment benefits for at least two consecutive weeks rose to 1.79 million for the week ending May 30, up from 1.77 million the previous week. News PT Multifiling Tbk (MFMI) will distribute cash dividends of IDR 21.96 billion. PT Jakarta Setiabudi Tbk (JSPT) will distribute cash dividends of IDR 57.97 billion. PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) will distribute cash dividends of IDR 1.32 trillion.
