Master Tip :: Why are Uddiyana and Nauli so hard?
The Master Tip this month focuses on uddiyana and nauli. Why are these practices so hard?? The difficulty has to do with our relationship to breathing muscles. The relationship changes when we try to engage breathing muscles while holding the breath out. If we've never done this before (or not recently at least!) it is hard to wrap our minds around.
