Machine Learning Logistic regression: cost function! (pt 3)

Now that we have a special dataset, can we use the same machine learning cost function?? Sadly, no, but we can define a new one using what we know about how data and our hypothesis function (the sigmoid function), yay!! A HUGE THANK to these folks for supporting my channel.
