Here I show how simple it is to install a Victron Smart Battery Sense to the battery in your RV. The Smart Battery Sense gives accurate measurements of the battery voltage and temperature. With the Victron Connect Application Victron's Smart MPPT Solar Charge Controller can get the temperature from the Smart Battery Sense allowing it to be programed to prevent solar charging of the battery below a setpoint temperature, typically at or above 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
