Very few people know that expanding your vocal range downwards and practicing low notes makes high notes easier and more fluid, and ultimately, your range expands in both directions. But this is a fact, proven by practice—both mine and my students'. To learn to sing low notes, use a strobass, starting with a low note. Start with a note that's comfortable for you, and then go lower and lower. Gradually, you'll achieve what you want. Taylor Swift's song "Cardigan" features an F/G in the minor octave. These are very low notes for a female voice, which not everyone can master right away. I used to be unable to sing that low, but now I can. As you may have noticed from my other videos, songs, and covers, I also have no problem with high notes.
