http://www.gamga.org/ German American Mardi Gras Association We have been celebrating Karneval for over 35 years as the North American headquarters for German Karneval in Las Vegas, Nevada! Join us for the most authentic German Karneval in North America. Our delicious German food, German beers on tap, Schunkel Walzer, Polonaise, and Prosts in our Grand Ballroom, will have you Partying like a German! Once a year, in January, member groups from around the country descend on Las Vegas for our annual GAMGA Gala. Friday night is a Maskenball type of event with the crowning of the new Prinzenpaar, skits performed by the member groups, music, and dancing. Saturday night is more of a Royal ball with all the groups in costume marching in. Prinzengarde, Funkenmariechen, Tanzpaar perform, from GAMGA and from many of the groups.
