Authorities from the National Civil Protection System provided a general assessment of the emergencies addressed due to the rains caused by Tropical Storm Cristina, confirming that weather conditions are beginning to return to normal throughout the country. Environment Minister Fernando López detailed the weakening of the storm, although he warned that monitoring continues in anticipation of the passage of a tropical wave next week. For his part, Civil Protection Director Luis Alonso Amaya reported that during this period, 163 fallen trees and two river overflows were addressed, and that 82 families remain in preventive shelters in 11 active shelters nationwide. #ForYou #ElSalvador #NayibBukele #Security
