In an interview with Panorama 95, the pre-candidate for Governor of Rio Grande do Norte, Allyson Bezerra, stated that he intends to prioritize actions related to water security, valuing public servants, and structural investments for the Seridó region. When asked about water supply, he highlighted his experience as mayor of Mossoró in implementing water pipelines for rural communities and advocated for the expansion of water infrastructure projects, including well drilling and new pipelines. He also emphasized his intention to work in partnership with municipalities to execute projects considered priorities. During the interview, Allyson also guaranteed that, if elected, he will keep salaries up to date, hold public service exams, fulfill career plans, and promote the appreciation of state employees. Subsequently, the mayor of Caicó, Tadeu Medeiros, who coordinates the pre-campaign of his ally in the region, advocated for investments in healthcare, such as the implementation of a catheterization service and the strengthening of the University Hospital, in addition to actions focused on religious tourism, the Seridó Geopark, road infrastructure, an industrial district, mining, and strengthening the region's economic vocations.
