Alaska Cruise - Cunard Queen Elizabeth - May 2026

Howdy folks and welcome to Woody's Corner! We just finished taking our most recent Alaska cruise and it was fabulous. The month of May was a little chilly, and some frequent rain, but that made for some authentic Alaska weather and experience! We were on the Cunard Queen Elizabeth. This was a Birthday cruise for my Dad and Daughter. For my Dad and I, we lived in Alaska and that is where I grew up. Mostly in Ketchikan. So, it was good to get him back to the homeland as he hadn't been there in over 20 years. It was a 12 day itinerary and we saw a few places that we hadn't seen before. The ship departed out of Seattle. Ports of call were Ketchikan, Glacier Bay, Hubbard Glacier, Icy Straight, Haines, Endicott Arm (Dawe's Glacier), Juneau, Wrangell, Victoria BC. The excursions were all a lot of fun too. Enjoy!
