DigiWord is a new digital evangelisation platform for the Church in Northeast India, initiated by the Bible Commission under the leadership of Fr. Johnson of the Claretian Province of Northeast India. The initiative aims to bring the Word of God into digital spaces such as mobile phones, screens, and social media, where people—especially the youth—spend much of their time today. Through DigiWord, the Church hopes to share Scripture reflections, teachings, messages of hope, and faith-filled content that can inspire individuals, strengthen families, and guide those searching for meaning and spiritual growth. The platform seeks to make Christ present in the digital world and extend the mission of evangelisation beyond traditional spaces. The faithful, including dioceses, parishes, religious congregations, institutions, and lay people, are invited to support DigiWord through prayer, participation, and by subscribing and sharing the platform, helping the Gospel reach more people across the region and beyond.
