This audio is from a Time performance at First Avenue in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The concert took place on October 4th, 1983 and was the last Time show until the 1987 reunion. Jimmy and Terry were fired by this time and Monte had quit the band. Audio from this show was used in Purple Rain. I do not own this video nor the rights to it.
